The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any problem (damaged parcel, missing items) to the carrier and to glaciora@outlook.com.

The customer has fourteen days from receipt of the items to withdraw, without giving any reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), by sending an unambiguous statement or the form below to glaciora@outlook.com. The customer may be liable for any loss in value of the items resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics (for example skis that have been mounted or used).
8. Legal warranties
All items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
